I wish I knew who made this originally, so I could give them proper credit; all I have is this link to the Blogger hosted picture: [ Original Site ]

From Ars.Technica:

Calling the RIAA’s case unjustified “as a reasonable exploration of the boundaries of copyright law,” a federal magistrate judge late last week awarded former RIAA defendant Tanya Andersen attorneys’ fees for her nearly two-and-a-half-year fight against a copyright infringement lawsuit.

While Andersen’s attorney adds up the bills, Andersen is seeking class-action status for her malicious prosecution lawsuit. Saying that the RIAA “has engaged in a coordinated enterprise to pursue a scheme of threatening and intimidating litigation in an attempt to maintain its music distribution monopoly,” Andersen wants to make a class from those who have been wrongfully sued by the RIAA; if successful, the RIAA could find itself locked in a long and costly legal battle.

Found out a ton of information while stumbling ’round the net today and thought I’d save it for future reference.

Turns out that my Nokia N95 uses a Texas Instruments OMAP 2420 processor consisting of the following components:

Interestingly enough, that PowerVR Graphics Accelerator is also used in the iPhone, though in a different form, via the Samsung S5L8900 chipset.

I found all this out while looking up info on the development of the Sega Dreamcast, which also uses the PowerVR chipset.

So…feel free to ignore all of that if you like. I just find all of this personally fascinating. 🙂

No shit. (Pun intended.)

Lick Me in the Ass (German: Leck mich im Arsch) is a canon in B-flat major composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, K. 231 (K382c), with lyrics in German. It was one of a set of at least six canons probably written in Vienna in 1782.[1] Sung by six voices as a three-part round, it is thought to be a party piece for his friends.

The song’s title and lyrics are a reference to anal-oral contact, and may be more idiomatically translated as “kiss my ass” or “get stuffed”.[2] They have been used as evidence to support the contention that Mozart had Tourette syndrome.[3]

5. Your interests and/ or hobbies are all the same as from when you were a childOnce again, this is not necessarily a bad thing. But consider this example from my life: I began playing tennis from a young age, and played competitively at a fairly high level for a number of years. At 21, I decided I wasn’t having fun anymore and stopped playing. In retrospect, I should have made this decision much earlier as by the time I quit I had not been enjoying myself for approximately 3 years.
